Improve Arenas Idea! KABAM PLEASE

Hi MCOC Community,
I hope we can all come together to give a shout-out to Kabam for potential improvements to the arenas. I believe there’s significant room for enhancement. Here are some issues I think we could address:
Problems:
1- Multipliers: Losing your multiplier due to a poor matchup can be frustrating. While rerolling and picking from three matchups can help, I have some suggestions to improve this further.
2- Unwanted Attackers: While not a major issue, having attackers with low damage output can you slow drastically if you are trying to compete.
3- Requesting Help: The current process to request help for each champion is time-consuming. Additionally, it’s easy to accidentally hit the recharge button and spend units unintentionally.
Suggestions:
1- Remove Multipliers: I suggest we eliminate multipliers entirely and score points as we do in Battlegrounds, where all aspects (HP, timer, etc.) contribute to the score. If you die, you earn minimal points (similar to Battlegrounds), but you don’t lose any multipliers. This change would enhance user experience while maintaining arena competitiveness. Arena Boosters could still exist, but in a different format.
Players could still reroll and select one of three fights to maximize their points.
2- Arena Decks: I propose implementing an Arena Deck for each tier of champions. This would allow players to select champions they want to use, or alternatively, to omit certain champions. For example, I never use champions like Aegon, Star-Lord, or Stryfe, so having a "banned champions" option would be helpful.
3- Requesting Help: I understand there was a previous suggestion for a button to request help for all champions, but it could strain the server. Instead, I propose that playing arenas automatically rewards loyalty points that the alliance can claim, with a daily limit set by Kabam. I want to be clear, you can still Ask for Help if you want to reduce the expiry timer on the champions.
Also, we should add the requirement of users to hold the recharge button for one full second to execute, preventing accidental recharges.
This would address two key points:
Casual players wouldn’t need to request help to benefit the alliance.
Accidental champion recharges would be minimized.
If we cannot do these changes, I am hoping that we can at least do the first one where we can worry less about the multipliers, but still keep the competitiveness level of the arenas for a better user experience. What do you guys think?

From Kabam point of view the TLDR is:-
The players have it much easier (between time/effort = rewards) with Arena now, so any updated to Arena it will only have a negative impact to the players.
So please, please just move on and focus on something else (which there are plenty of).
Arena grind now is for units, do it if you want units, play other modes if you don't. Just don't ask for change from Kabam, cause you won't like what they would change it to.
