Old alliance leader scams me with my other team mates, we all lost our progress

Hello mates, hope this message reaches you well.
My gaming name js frost.here,
My story is, i joined one alliance with the name of "the doghouse", leader name is "Junkyard Dog",

He invite me to his alliance, and made me officer, now I invite good players there and alliance seems well, one day he message me that one other ally want to club with us, and we need to go there. I convinced almost half team to join there.

Now that person kick us all and we moved to the new alliance, "Junkyard Dog" lock our player in old alliance, and move us there. Within one week he left alliance and goes back to his old alliance, he block all new alliance members. When I asked my current alliance leader, he told me, that person also blocked him and using all our our old players heros, as defender in alliance. we all lost our rewards in current war and season,

I want your forum support, please i insist please tell him, we do not want to report him, only my lock war players I needed. I cannot join any war just because of him

Please support me, his information attached in my Screenshots. If you cannot believe there are other players who are suffering with same scenario. My last hope.

    Happened with too...my defenders are struck there...I am unable to join AW in other alliance. As he kicked me.

    You should contact support and in the mean time find a new alliance he sounds toxic.

    Wait, if you switched alliance recently you wouldn't qualify for season rewards regardless. You have to play 5 wats with the alliance to be able to get rewards...

    You are in very low end (beginner tiers) of AW.
    Rewards are not very much there.

    As for not being able to place in new alliance (YET), your champs continue to be locked thru current war, and most times into next war or 2 afterwards too.

    But since this is towards end of War Season, there would have been no way to qualify (needing 5 wars) before end of season, so you would not have been getting Season Rewards anyways.

    (**bad advice, someone getting people to change alliances past the halfway point of season, when people would not be able to re-qualify for season rewards).

    just search for kabam support in google and login with your kabam id or sign up if you dont have one. then select submit a request by clicking on the three lines on the right side of your screen. select the issue you are facing like technical difficulties or accounts then go on to enter the details required.

    for the message just keep it short say what is needed enough to understand. dont worry if you cant cut it short just write all you want to say. since it is weekdays you would get a reply soon

    This happened 10 wars ago and you are still locked??
    Not sure what they meant, whether they are already 10 wars into being in new alliance ?

    Or (how I read it), that they almost had 10 wars into the season with the old alliance (**which WOULD NOT have counted once you change wars during a season).

    It has to be 5 war participation in current season, with your CURRENT alliance (not any wars prior to changing alliances), and must continue to stay in that alliance through to actually receiving the Season rewards.

    (and not a mix of a few wars early in season, change alliances, and change back to original alliance to finish season and pickup the rest of the 5 wars. Every time you change alliances, that resets).

    I shared details with screenshots toKabam supprt. They replied problem solved. I again shared details with screenshots that the problem is not solved. Kabam asked me so many questions. I replied. And they shared this message. KABAM HAS NO SOLUTION

    Yes, i waited for 10 wars, waiting for something happened my players from old alliance wars still stuck there.
    I am still in the new alliance, and leader told me to check. With old leader. Because he blocked new leader from all platforms.

    Only KABAM team can help us now, if they want to. Otherwise we won't be able to alliance wars ever.

    I pinged someone to take a look. So just to be clear, you're saying its been several wars since you all were kicked, and yet you are still getting the error message that you can only participate in one war at a time? Like your defenders are still locked in the old alliance?

    Yes, finally someone understood us. Yes, that's the problem. I have attached screenshot for more clarification.
