    Actually on the MCOC Facebook page, here it what it says for her abilities

    Scream's strengths: Buff versatility with strong effects in content that scales with unique Buffs. Gains 5s Auto-Block Buff after consuming Madness Passives. Armor Breaks against Bleed Immunes, reducing Tech Champions' chance to gain Armor.

    So like Medusa, she can inflict armor break, bleed and auto block. However it doesn't look like she'll have Armor Shatter, but rather she'll reduce the chance they gain Armor.
