Going for cavelier

I just completed 6.1.1 today and im afraid to continue because i dont wanna get wrecked lol so i came here to ask for some advice on how to play it. This is my current roster, Dr Doom had carried me a lot in quests and i recently just obtained Hercules and am trying to rank him up and use my awakening gem on him but like iso-8 is EXTREMELY HARD to farm (any advice to farm iso would be useful as well).
