Reduce or eliminate AW rewards for people who don’t join attack phase

In my opinion, people who place defenders in war but do not join attack phase should not receive war completion rewards or at the very least, they should get drastically reduced rewards. I know there are loopholes where they can simply join attack and not fight but I think this is a step in the right direction by making it somewhat fair for those people who actually contribute during attack phase.
