Can someone help to solve why free daily crystal from store is not visible in game mobile app

Don't know but new created automatically ... And this crystal over there but as beginner level

Still issue not resolved... New account Automatically created.. and all crystals reflects there as where a account is beginner level

“Reload game” was not meant to say delete the game and redownload it from AppStore.

They meant, just close your current session of running game, and re-open it.
It takes a bit of time before crystal will arrive for you in game after next time opening the game.

So, sounds like you re-downloaded game from AppStore, and if you never had proper Kabam ID created for your account yet, it re-created a brand new account.

As for WebStore crystals being able to go into your Game Account, both the WebStore login with Kabam ID (email / password) have to be the SAME email Kabam account used for your GAME.

*and currently can’t only be using Game/Play Center automatic login to game (without a Kabam ID) and be able to make purchases or get free offers or apply promo codes, from the WebStore.
