Hi, me again. Firstly, apologies if people are getting sick of my help requests, but I’ve had some great advice so far from here so I’m coming to ask again!
I’m just about to start act 5.2 which from what I’ve read is the first real tricky one. My question is, is my roster good enough or do I need to do more rank/level ups etc? Is there anyone that’s not powered up that should be? I have resources in terms of gold and iso. Finally, which 5 do people think I should take?! I’ve heard tigra is great but she seems to take WAY more damage than others, maybe I’m not using her right? Thanks in advance!

It's hard to say whether or not your roster is good enough because it ultimately depends on the player. I've gotten alts through 5.2 with a less developed roster than you, but other players have needed 6* champs to do it. It'll depend on your skill.
Push until you get stuck, and when you get stuck share what you're stuck on and we can help you. You may need to develop the roster more, you may need to develop more skill, or you may be perfectly fine skill wise and just need help understanding interactions.
Some of the info might be a bit outdated, but as long as you follow their advice on which paths to take and the general strategy for that specific path, you should be alright. The Caltrops node can be easily dealt with if you have a Bleed Immune champ, so Iceman and Thing would be good champs to bring along. Masochism is annoying, so I'd recommend using champions who don't apply debuffs, or using a champion like Lady Deathstrike, who has Heal Block to prevent the Masochism regen from triggering. You could also try to just DPS them to death with a champion like Hercules.
If you want an easy evade counter, Iceman is good because your opponent will start with a coldsnap debuff, but otherwise he is fine without the dupe.
Torch would allow you to use his prefight more than once (potentially) in a quest, but you won't use it as often as you'd think.
I'd go in order of Tigra, Iceman, LDS, Torch.
