No respone on the lost raid chest

Hey i ve already put a message that i didnt get any rewards
But now its getting worse messaging them and still they dont give reward or a chest
So they better should get alteast 2 raid chests .

    As people have mentioned every season, in almost every case of not “SEEING” what you got from a Chest, you most likely DID get an item (the bug is just that it fails to pop-up and show you what you got).

    If you’re able to have known before what your inventory of potential items is, you might be able to see what increased afterwards.

    Submitting a Support Request is just for them to be able to look up and tell you what you did receive.
