Selector missed from the calendar

So I missed the Stuck to the routine selector from the calendar because the calendar didn't started for all players on the same day as per Kabam after I submitted a ticket to them. They said that they will be providing a update on it sooner or later or maybe send the compensation via in game mail but they don't have timeframe when they will do it. So my question here is, is it really accurate information they provided should I be expecting the selector coming in my mail or not? I ranked up my thing unduped to rank 2 and I had in mind to pick him from the selector. Here is the full information that I got from them.
