Over the years of playing this game I have seen people ask for Mystique and I dig it she should be here. But it shows how much people really know of marvel comics. Everyone wants her to change into and have all these other characters powers. When she doesn't have that power and never did. She is a shape-shifter yeah and 1 of the best yeah but she can't use powers. The constant talk of ways around this for kabam from the community shows how oblivious the community is to the world of marvel in a whole. It's senseless she's an assassin use that as her base. Maybe use her shifting abilities in level 3 to confuse the character before the kill shot. Be it shifting someone like 1 of the elders or the summoner during, which places disorient or concussion on the opponent. More realistic to her character.

If she is standing behind Drax, and Drax is standing incredibly still..
does the tree falling in the forest actually make a sound ?

The issue with mystique is that she doesn't actually use her powers in her combat, she uses them for espionage. If we got an actually accurate mystique she would basically be black widow

This is the point I've made previously. People want her to be some kinda OP kill everything immune to everything champion and she's not the kinda character. She's a mutant Black Widow, or Domino without the luck powers.

They simply need to put Darwin in the game. After the match starts he immediately adapts to the opponent and takes 0 damage from any of their abilities.

SOLUTION for Mystique, without having to invent anything new…

Borrow upon the RELIC SYSTEM for her, allow her to do a Relic “shape shift” without actually having to bind any Relic Champ to her.

Maybe allow her Relic Meter to build faster than normal Relics, and maybe extend the Stun duration longer.

And it would only be for causing Stun and extending a Combo (because the opponent would be temporarily confused as she changes into a different form).
(not any other Relic specific abilities, etc).

Without building further code, maybe have the fight AUTOMATICALLY / RANDOMLY choose which champ (relic form) she turns into each time you activate her Relic button.

Don’t know if you'd still like the ability to attach an actual Relic as well, in order to get custom Relic abilities beyond the basic Stun/Combo Extension.
