Hi everyone why can I not claim the rewards for the expired cleansing event?

Event expired.

That’s the reason? I’m so disappointed before I was able to claim rewards from expired events?

It's bugged. They're working on it. There's a big post about it already.

I have the same problem. I contributed with 5000 crystals. It's stupid that can't get the rewards. We can't login for 24 hours straight

Just posted an update about this, we're looking into ways to let folks who missed it claim the rewards, but if we're unable to we'll be sending the missing rewards out as comp. Folks will get their rewards!
