did any one else not get the crystal cleansing rewards

I'm not sure about anyone else but I didn't them rewards because I went to sleep cos i had work then when I woke up it was gone the rewards weren't even still in the stash like they normally are, so I thought that BG didn't open the eggs but then when I went on YouTube I saw a rich the man video saying that BG had open the eggs.
