He's good. Got him duped at 2r and he's been used for act 8-9. Not the greatest at BG but can be used def/off depending on meta(last season he put in work).

He was really good in the ear crow meta. The burst damage in the overcharge mode is really good. But his dupe helps a lot when it works

If there is a power gain meta, he can be really fast. He's average in other metas.
