Camping victory track or another reason?

Why there so many big accounts still in victory track. Is it camping for points? Have money but no skills? Or just not interested in the realm event? I never can actually make a poll so here's a make shift poll lol

All of the above plus alot of people just dont like bgs and play for the objectives that refresh every 2 days

If you don't care for BGs, wouldn't play them otherwise and certainly aren't going to commit weeks of your life for a titan, but can take a minute for winning one match every other day for tickets for a guaranteed 7* sinister, there's your answer.
