Can Any Admin Confirm If They Are Aware of This Issue?

It’s been 10 days since I submitted a ticket to Kabam about not getting the 7-star selector, and while they did respond saying they’re aware of the issue and compensation is coming, we haven't received it yet. I’m starting to feel like this issue has still not been forwarded to the proper authorities yet. There is no point in getting the selector after 1 year, right? Can any admin confirm if this is being looked into? I get that they probably have a lot going on, and I don’t mind waiting, but I can’t shake the feeling this issue might get overlooked. Thanks!

    They have to individually determine which accounts were impacted by the issue, then they have to build the compensation package and test it to confirm it works. It's not a quick fix, and yes, they definitely have quite a bit going on right now. To jump from "It's been 10 days" to "it would be pointless to get it if it takes a year" is a pretty insane leap.

    That makes sense, the year comment was obviously an exaggeration, but it’s still frustrating because awakened Korg could be a game-changer in BGs.
