I want a key back

The login gave me a key for jacks bounty side quest I used it when I’ve already explored it not knowing you get no rewards from it, I want the key back

If this waste of a key means future side quests can’t be explored it’s completely unacceptable

You can attempt to submit a ticket and see if they can do anything for you. I am confident that you will not be the only one to do this. It is somewhat confusing and overall fairly bad SQ design.
They did communicate that the rewards would not reset, so they may also just say tough loss. But a ticket is your only chance.

I don’t know why on earth the infernal summons are tied to a calendar. They have a system in place to avoid this sorta thing via the solo events with time locks, so you only get the keys when the new quest drops. In fact, they’re literally using said system this month for the bounty board. It just feels like a completely unforced error. I know better than to use the summons on a quest that I’ve already completed, but there’s gonna be a bunch of people who don’t and there’s really no reason to open up this possibility like this.

I did the same thing. If we are only meant to do 3 runs per map, why would we get 4 tickets? Even then why should it reset? We are getting significantly less mysterium this month than every other one. Was trying to get enough to get the banquet tickets but I guess that’s gone now

A new quest opens tomorrow, that's why we got a key tonight. It's bad design, but it doesn't not make sense.
As far as mysterium, that was an error. Each of the next 3 weeks of the SQ will have 33,750 mysterium to correct the shortage from this week. It was supposed to be 27k per week.

Alright cool thx for the info. That does make it better but I'll still now be missing out on a bunch of rewards because I wont be able to fully explore it anymore

The extra key may be for those who used a key, could not finish but don’t want to use revive.

That's exactly what I thought when I previewed and didn't see rewards. I don't know why they make it different every month and then give you an entry before the new quest is even available. There's also bounties this month, where you CAN back out and reenter and the message says 'all resources will be returned to you" or something like that). Anyways, I submitted a ticket so hopefully they'll reverse it.

I just checked my email and Kabam support has reversed it for me.

"I have returned your Infernal Summons that was used to enter "Jack's Bounty Full Hunt 2" Threat Level 5. While the entry cost to this Quest is permanent, we understand that accidents can happen. Because the Quest was left incomplete and no Rewards were earned, we are happy to help you get value from this limited-time Infernal Summons.

Please note these items are consumed upon entry and we are only able to restore the entry cost for a quest once per event. If you were to use an Infernal Summons early a second time during the "Jack's Bounty Full Hunt" period, we would not be able to restore it again."
