Planning for Valiant

What champs would be best for Act 8 Completion and then Exploration for first r3 gem? I'm currently at 8.1.4.

I was thinking about crucible exploration for the 2nd r3 gem.

Here's my roster.

I might be sitting on some 6r1 champs as well, any specific mentions would work.

How much T4A you got ? Check MCOC Noob for what you need

Cheelith is good for 8.2 and just everything in general. Skill Queen.

I second the MCoC Noob recommendation. He will be most helpful for this.

In all honestly, you will end up using half of your ranked roster to clear through it because of the variation throughout the nodes. Red Mags and Valkyrie (if she has a good sig level) will definitely be good champs to have ranked up for when you need them.

    No t4a available yet.
Indeed, I'm going through the noob videos which has helped me so much in past couple months to get to paragon.

I'm also liking Chee and considering for first r2.
Currently confused b/w her and wiccan, wiccan is so good against Serpent in AW and sometimes in BGs. It's just that he's a glass cannon.

Valk is at sig 80 currently. How much sigs you recommend?

If you can, 126 is her next step up. Her sig kills unstoppable based on how many pierce buffs you have and it prevents stun debuffs based on how many bulwark buffs you have. It can make her pretty cheesy in certain scenarios.
At sig 1, you need 3 of a given buff to trigger its ability. At sig 126, you need 2. At max sig, just one. Essentially you would kill unstoppable after 11 hits.

👀Seems like I was sitting on her from this long. When I was going to rank valk up I pulled a Kate B and rest was history.

Can't really argue Kate as a bad choice to rank up over Valk. But Valk is great because:

She counters unstoppable without relying on a debuff.
She counters annoying stuff like encroaching stun or other things that may stun you at certain points.
She counters hazard shift nodes because she can just play through the block, as well as most any fights where you might gain a negative effect for making contact.
She can deal crazy damage to champs that are not bleed immune, though can still do some solid damage against bleed immune champs.

Can't argue that, She did help me couple times when I was doing monthly TB EQ awhile back, and was trying to have fun with her, she literally came out full health on some of the bosses.

Explore act 9.1 instead of crucible, which is easier.

R3 that bishop for scytalis. Kingpin and cheelith is enough for bahamat. Hulkling great for cerastius. R4 that doom for punisher.

You need some revives and units so regularly grind apothebruh and daily events.

    Thala for a reason
