They look unfinished especially dazzler. The animation style looks low budget
This does not look upgraded AT ALL. The already existing champions character models seem WAYYY more updated than this.

Her model looks a 4kin mess. The way she moves around is terrible. The way she skates seems like she's struggling. The way she attacks seems like a girl just randomly throwing hits and hoping anything works out.

Spiral looks great, some of the best special animations in the game. The only thing good about dazzler is her special 2.

AND THAT MODEL looks UGLY as 4k
From that advertised poster of dazzler where she stunned with grace, beauty and elegance to this is in game disaster looking model is INSANE.
I don't know what y'all are seeing but it's definitely not what I'm seeing

On her SP2 she seems to be using these sword constructs, which may open up to champions like Quasar (who makes energy constructs), just a thought
