Hulkbuster is not power draining in BG's

As the title said, hulkbuster is not power draining in BG's, also he is not hiting with heavy attacks even he reach the opponent.

As the title said, hulkbuster is not power draining in BG's, also he is not hiting with heavy attacks even he reach the opponent.

This in GC, so any node said the champs are power drain inmune, this happened with all champs he faced.

I believe power burn doesn't drain power if the burn doesn't do damage, it's also happening with deathless vision
