Act 8. It's the best content in the game. Most fun I've had in a while. Crucible was also fun

Story is most enjoyable imo. Super chill and satisfying to use and test different champs and unique nodes and defenders without the game crashing, freezing and lagging, leading into an unfair L like in BG’s 💀 You can just restart or revive without losing progress (I enjoy BG’s for the most part). Story has consistently been fun for me since Day 1 of me playing.

@Bigbowlr I agree bro. I enjoy offline content much more. Story does it the best in every way. It’s where the game peaks imo.

Story for me. Well designed story content gives you multiple options with synergies to tackle it. Rewards are usually pretty good.

I don’t like revive fests like necropolis. SOS events are fine but usually the same handful of champs are always workable in Everest content… and 95% of your roster is useless.

BGs are ok but there are definitive gaps in the competition. And there really isn’t a whole lot of reward for continuing to grind once you hit your ceiling. It’s not a mode I look forward to grinding

Since I'm not high skill, I compensate it with and enjoy planning, both in term of resources and counters, i.e content where I need spreadsheet 🤣🤣🤣

So my favourite type of content are those that let me do that.

Older Story Quests where it was longer, with more fights and paths (I can see many people disagree with me on this)

Everest content - Necropolis and Crucible

Special Quest - Showcase and EoPs

And strangely BG Off Season 🤣

I'm mostly likely a very small minority, but I miss 6 path story quest. Sure by the 5th chapter boss fight it's a bit tedious, but the switch to 3 kind of sucked

I meant real adjectives that you can find in a dictionary, not in some website. It's definitely not a real adjective just because some idiots are using it.

I’m not sure if this goes in Everest or event/special quest, but the crucible is by far my favorite content. I don’t enjoy other Everest content, but I loved the design, planning, and skill requirement of the crucible.

Story quests and crucibles are some of the most enjoyable content, after that the game feels repetitive and boring since every chapter takes a while to drop

They should probably drop another chapter for crucibles based on act 8 for extra content

Story Quests, simply because you can play at your own pace, learn the node combinations, and finishing the newest story chapter can also be incredibly satisfying. Everest content is a bit too stressful and demanding for me, EQs and SQs can be grindy and generic sometimes, and BGs isn't as fun right now because of all the input and AI issues.

I like the content where I actually need to think and plan a team, I hope future Everest content isn’t as revive expensive as necro exploration was but exploring necro was that’s the most fun I’ve had in mcoc. I think the most recent crucible was a perfect balance for Everest content, you had a separate questing team, it was well designed and required planning but it didn’t require many revives. Necro would have been a lot cheaper if they removed the die now mechanic and added some team healing nodes.

story quests are always very fun to play.
Unpopular opinion (obviously), but i enjoyed act 6 too (before u shout, yes, i played in pre-nerf days too)
Act 7 was just a breeze, and act 8 was genuinely the most fun i had in mcoc. Act 9's first chapter was not the best, but definitely not bad, and i hope that kabam keeps making their original champs as bosses.
I do like everest content too though, the planning involved, and the time spent are always fun.

Whatever gives me the biggest payout at the end for the least time needed playing. This normally points to exploration of a story chapter/act.

Everest content is great (when done properly), but it's usually a slog.

Everything I do regarding ranking up champs is based on BG, and that champs are preferably a dual threat or absolute nukes on attack.
