I swear I am always out of iso and gold what are The best ways to get those?

    This is the opposite of true. On a large scale, it is the best place for both of these items. If you grind arena even semi-regularly you'd be hard pressed to run out of iso and gold, especially after the drop rate buffs to grandmaster crystals
