Best 7 star champ to be ranked up to rank 3

Hey guys,

Can you suggest which are the best 2 7 star champs from my roster are well suited to be ranked up to rank 3?

I'm looking for a champ that does well in battleground and quests. (Also, I already have 6 star version of onslaught ascended & maxed out in rank & sigs. Should I Rank him up?)
