Milestone rewards

So I’ve achieved a lot milestones in multiple events and the claim button isn’t coming through. When a milestone has been achieved sometimes it says locked and it can only be claimed after a certain date. However the rewards aren’t locked and I haven’t claimed them because there’s not claim button either. I’m wondering if I can only claim these rewards until the event ends but you can normally claim rewards from completed milestones long before the event ends. Is this a bug or do I have to wait until the event ends? Or does anyone have a solution for this? Thanks in advance

Test of uncollected you have to pay for.

For a Deadpool event, you have not met the minimum requirement.

The test of unc is a paid event and the allice events was you in the alliance when the event started

And by “paid event” they mean, just as the banner says in your pic right above it, that you need to buy the Sigil in order to have access to that particular event.

As for the Deadpool one, need to zoom in on the pic further to see that you have not met your INDIVIDUAL REQUIREMENT amount of points yet for those milestones, even though the Alliance itself has met their requirement (both Individual and Alliance amounts need to be met for that, just like in the Realm-Wide event)

I keep not being able to claim milestone rewards for "summoner engagement: battlegrounds and arenas" over a month... I'm the fourth highest contributer too

Those rewards are sent in the mail once a week.
