Arguing on behalf of institutions, and poorly I might add, just isn’t a good look.

Watching you crumble in real time is fun to watch. Instead of actually proving your claims, you leave comments like this.
Stockholm Syndrome, and ups the anti by recycling and repackaging my joke!

I’ve provided far more than enough. If you don’t like it, if you don’t believe it, go buy some units and continue your day.

This thread is about Kabam’s scandalous behavior. If you feel otherwise, make a thread about Kabam’s upstanding corporate citizenry. You and the other sycophants can chill over there.

You've proved you don't do any research.
We all know no one on forums does their research and just spouts nonsense most of the time.
Speaking of case law, a TOS does not preclude them from responsibility. Feel free to look into Uber’s current Rideshare litigation pertaining to drivers classified as independent contractors. Administrative hearings work quite similar to class-action lawsuits. The class is individualized on a case-by-case basis, with all yielding the same conclusion and granted the same damages.

Poor Demon. Control F’d in hopes to create a gotcha moment, but only undermined his own credibility.
I'd like to know in what universe Uber and kabam share in common regarding literally anything. I'll wait.
Butt, with your first comment, I determined explaining common sense to you would be a waste of time.

Butt, I will get you started on a research journey in hopes you’ll stop commenting. When you open an account on a platform, every platform, what’s that thing you scroll through and agree upon? And how does that illustrate the commonality you fail to notice?
Did you even read what you just wrote? If your saying that agreeing to a terms of service is the common thing, you did that when you created this account in game as well. Did you read that term of service? You can't make class action lawsuits per that ToS. So once again your making yourself look incredibly stupid. And yet you think I'm the one lacking common sense? You should probably stop before you hurt yourself.

You specifically stated "Kabam needs a class action lawsuit". You were precise in what you said. Now you've moved the goalposts and tryin to compare the ToS to a mobile game to the ToS of Uber and how it pertains to how it classifies employees. They aren't the same. They are nowhere near the same thing.

I haven't done anything to my credibility. There's a show called Suits. A line from an early episode is "You must be precise as the law is a very precise endeavor". The law doesn't work in generalities. Uber being held liable for something in their ToS does not mean Kabam is held to the same standard.

But I do have to realize that at least I had credibility to lose, unlike you who never started with any. You haven't made any valid points, you have backed up any claim. You have done anything but deflect, twist and ignore.

Kabam have always focused on making money and I don't think they try to hide it tbh.

Do all martians lack braincells? The company doesn't run with the power of friendship and love they need money to run.
We had to spare some of our brain cells for people like you so you could actually function and do more than one thing at a time, you're welcome!

We obviously didn't give you enough though since you seem still lack the ability to read beyond a 1st grade level. If and when you're able to read after some practise you will see that I said "Kabam have always focused on making money and I don't think they try to hide it tbh."

When you're able to read that sentence and comprehend it then and only then should you try and reply.
This is the response you typically see when the person has no actual answer and no ability to backup what they said. Dealing with MAGA here in the states for as long as I have, makes this type of response super easy to pick out.

it’s spelled PRACTICE if you gonna talk **** about someone’s intelligence at least spell words right
The guy that can't be bothered to use any punctuation is scolding the guy that misspelled a word who is also a guy who is sharing the tinfoil with OP and the other guy.

In terms of them altering the game, there could be a discussion had that these "AI issues" aren't really accidents and are in the game to make it more difficult and cause more unnecessary deaths which leads to more revives being and more units being spent.

I just believe this is most likely the case because I have never come across a game that has as many issues as this one yet it's always in the App Stores top 5 or 10 for generating the most revenue... hard to believe you can make so much money and not have the resources to fix such a major issue.

Do you make the same comments about Walmart? Do you turn to your imaginary friend and say "that Walmart company is focused on making money. Right out in the open, they're putting prices on the items, not even trying to hide it".

Let me ask you a question, how much should it take to fix these AI issues? Just ballpark it for me. I'm sure you've pinpointed the issue so you've been able to associate a cost to it right?

Then tell me what Kabams revenue was for the Q2 in 2024. Remember, it has to be Kabams revenue. Post a screenshot of it here.
    Kabams meat sock lol.
That's the best you can do?

Kabam likes money and therefore every action they take in game, including not fixing the ai, is geared towards making money and stealing from summoners. In a nut shell.

You’re a piss-ant, efete troll. Nothing you’ve said added to this discussion, and you’ve only served to indicate being a naysayer on behalf of a corporation.

TOS application and precedent is universal. That’s why every app has a TOS. It doesn’t matter if it’s Amazon or I-Tunes. No goalposts have been moved. You just don’t have the faintest idea of what you’re talking about.
    Kabam isn't a corporation. LOL

What? You can't be serious? First of all yea, demon can be kind of an *** at times. But I'm fairly sure it's because of people like you who use the forums or internet in general to post things they have zero clue on. Every apps ToS is different. They have different requirements rules etc. They are NOT universal in the sense that they can all be dealt with in a court in the same way. They all must be acted upon in accordance with what is written within it. Amazon or iTunes would be treated differently in a court compared to kabams simply because of what is written within it. Each company can make their own rules as long as it's within legal limits. Your the one in this thread that has no clue on what your talking about.

Kabam needs a class action lawsuit.

This is purposeful, negligent, fraudulent, and a pattern that not only accelerates, but can be proven.

So prove it. Lay out your lawsuit here. On what grounds would you bring this suit? What evidence do you have? What pattern? Which case law would you use?
There is no case law. That’s the problem. Mobile gaming is a highly unregulated sector of the economy. And instead of being a caddy, little scamp, how about you get involved, too?

That being said, one would have to seek out Bumble’s case precedent or something, and the suit they lost for purposefully putting up fake profiles to generate membership sales.

In terms of evidence, there is no shortage of AI footage to demonstrate a long-standing pattern of negligence. Kabam’s occasional admissions of wrong-doing, yet never addressing the situation, helps. And I’m sure there are inside people that are or have been with the company that are aware of internal memos or metrics that illustrate their purposeful misconduct.

That being said, if anyone is serious, I’d happily be one of the class-representatives for a suit against Kabam.
Unregulated sector of economy? Why is buddy acting like mobile games are a crucial part of society and you can't live without them or feel robbed because kabam did something they felt like doing and had full right to do in their own game? They aren't affecting your life or forcing you to play the game in any way.

Playing games isn't essential and if you feel like a gaming company is bad and ruining the game or in your words "stealing from players" you can just stop playing. Players do the transactions themselves in their own conscience.

3 guys walked into a law office. They wanted to file a class action suit because they think Kabam is stealing from them. They are then laughed out of the office by everyone in the office including the guy delivering the donuts and coffee.
Can we all agree it's not 3 guys, but 1 guy with multiple accounts? Probably banned on Global so decided to have fun in the forums?
It makes sense. They all disappeared at the same time.

It’s a testament to adolescents going to underperforming schools.

Shield, I acknowledge you and your masterful zinger! You really stepped it up a notch after Demon’s!!!
That's not the issue. If you actually tried to learn instead of spending time on useless arguments you'd get a decent education regardless.
