Suggestion to Improve Leadership and Officer Roles in Alliances

Dear Kabam Team,

I have a suggestion to enhance the gameplay by increasing the prestige of alliance leaders and officers. My idea is to raise their rewards for alliance missions by 10-20%. This would motivate officers to better manage and guide other members in completing alliance quests on time.

Currently, the role of an officer doesn’t adequately compensate for the effort and time they invest to maintain order and ensure smooth task completion. I understand that my suggestion is just a small drop in the ocean, and you may not give it much attention. However, I truly enjoy Marvel Contest of Champions and appreciate the recent improvements you’ve made to the game. This is why I wanted to share this idea with you.

It doesn’t have to be implemented exactly this way, but considering it could help increase player engagement and interest in the game.

Your idea comes from a good place but every alliance will just make everyone an officer so everyone gets the higher rewards

We can put a restriction of max number of officers as 3 per alliance.

No, this would be unfair.

Instead, they should make managing the alliance easier:
1. Ability to send notifications to players to replace defenders. Possible ability to reject defenders.
2. Assign lanes/nodes for attackers. Doesnt have to be mandatory/locked but can give an indication on where the player should go.
3. Easier screen selection for quick review of duplicate defenders.
4. Notification when a champion changes a defender mid-AW season
5. Notification from Kabam when an alliance goes up or down a tier and then a button to send to all players that the alliance has changed tiers and defender placement needs to be reviewed again.

I am sure there are a lot more but i stepped down as an officer a few months ago and have no desire to step up again
