Is she the only upcoming champion who will have fractured power bar or will there be more champions moving forward? Is this mechanic gonna apply to all champs as well?

Imo other champs should not have it since it definitely messes up alot of nodes and completely makes 7.3 kang a joke.

In bgs this will be a problem aswell since you don't have to worry about accidentally going sp3 in buff heavy/comic favouring nodes (looking at you hyperion and cgr) also it should just be a exclusive to isophyne or MAYBE some select few more champions kabam decides would like to have the ability..

I guess she only gains a fractured bar while activating some abilities. It's a new mechanic, and I believe that some security measure must be kept in place, possibly that when a special attack is launched, segments corresponding to the amount of "bars of power used" are drained. Or it could be like a spirit bar, and gains power over time by various effects.

Considering that each of the morningstar line of champions involved new abilities like persistent charges and cross fights I think it's likely that other champions get it down the line

The cross fights could not necessarily relate to the power bar. It might just be like Mr. Fantastic's or a pre-fight like Wags'

What if it was like glykan where she has a symbol or buff shown just after the special is thrown, or maybe on defense she is power locked to only be able to throw an sp1 or sp2 (and ofc be able to throw an sp3 as well)

The fractured power mechanic seems cool, might fit some other characters too, like if they reworked moon knight for example, he has fractured split personalities, but there’s lots of potential

That's not what I'm saying. I'm saying morningstar was the first champion to have persistent charges and purg was like the 3rd or 4th to have cross fight abilities. Then there's guillotine 2099 who had pre fights within the same year that they were introduced as well.

I'm saying that they seem to use the original characters from the morningstar/ guillotine legacy to experiment with new mechanics like this

It functions the same as a regular power bar but you can just choose which special to use. If your have 3 bars and use a special 1 you then have 2 full bars left

The power bar is just a her thing maybe down line but for now just her
