SP3 Black or Grey screens on Samsung devices

Where are we now on this issue? It has been months now, Is Kabam really working or having any progress regarding this issue?

I am on a Samsung device 🤷 it's fine.

Yes I'm aware its not on all samsung devices but some devices, but this has been going on for months. Somehow it is giving the impression that Kabam isn't really serious about this issue or just short of staff to really look into it.
