Raid charges reset to 0 mid raid?

We had 9, 15, 6 charges and suddenly we all dropped to 0? We have built them back up but my damage is the exact same at 15 charges as it was at 0 charges? We have exhausted all our revives because of this. Is this some kinda glitch that’s known about?

    If someone's game crashed or they closed the game mid fight it resets the charges. Been an issue for awhile.

    As far as i know that didn’t happen but let me ask maybe they just didn’t say anything. But even at 15 charges now I’m timing out only doing 3% damage which is what I was doing when building the charges. Almost feels like it doesn’t even recognize that we rebuilt them
