Crit damage just means cruelty effects are 0 base hits are what he would do if he never crit but he would still crit but he wont inflate the damage it be stuck at pretty low numbers

For bgs if u can bait out a tech before her she be an annoying defender since she basically needs to be fought with a tech

She really needs the signature to have any sort of utility but the damage looks good either way and her specials don't look dexable

They are dexable but it doesn't look too easy.

All her utility mostly is base kit only utility isnt is reflect and pursuit but that isnt much a big deal when she can ignore crit damage unless fighting tech in base kit thats all the utility u would need for bullseyes

Bullseye's insant bleeds don't benefit from critical rating and dazzler isn't bleed immune so she will take more damage from that sp1 than basically any bleed immune char. it is reduced hit damage but don't expect any miracles

So then she will need to be duped then so you can push him to sp2. Because no one besides MSD can dex that sp1 successfully so far.

From the deep dive she didnt take bleed damage from dodging sp2 also who knows what they mean with immune to bad vibes since that could give her dot immune to certain effects

Well it doesn't say she's immune to bleed here. And I'm pretty sure that bleed only triggers if you dex with the Dexterity mastery or block the special. If it is replaced, you shouldn't take any

An unawakened dazzler is in no way a bullseye counter

She would still be a bullseye counter since crit damage is set to 0

Probably because Bullseye inflicts bleed when his special hits are avoided with dexterity, and Dazzler doesn’t benefit from dexterity; she just avoids hits when dodging back, hence why she can also “dex” Serpent’s specials in the deep dive. That won’t save you from sp1 bleeds unless you dodge all the hits, and most people can’t do that.

it only bleeds if you Dex with the dex mastery. Dazzler, spiral, silk all avoid the bleed because they're not using the dex mastery

Msd isn't an actual person, thought you would have realised that when he started doing sos fights with 2 stars. I have come to the conclusion that it isnt real, and what we think is msd is actually a physical representation of the evolving ai we have in game

The “bad vibes” text has nothing to do with her dex replacement, again it’s just flavor. Her dex replacement is specified in a separate bullet.

She ignores crit she would still be very decent better than negasonic

We are talking about unawakened dazzler you realise that right? Ntw literally disables his evade and even stops the specials completely, you don't even have to bait before sp3 if you're bold enough and it will be fine.
