Unable to get raid force charges even after completing prompts

I have been experiencing an issue with not gaining raid force in alliance raids, even after completing missions multiple times to exceed 50 or more role charges.
Devices used: OnePlus 8 Pro.
Other devices where issue has occurred: Samsung S24 Ultra
I am attaching the video link for reference. Both the bugged and normal versions are completed without any tactician charges and no other alliance members on the path had taken the same fight in between.
In the bugged version, the role fervor goes from 20 to 50 and then drops back to 30 without receiving the role charges. In the normal version, I receive 30 role fervor, and after completing the missions, I gain 17 role fervor charges.
I have been facing this issue since the introduction of raids. It typically occurs when I participate in the same fight repeatedly and happens 2 to 3 times during each raid cycle.

Raised the same issue to KABAM support,
Attaching the support response as well. Received same response on both tickets raised in previous and current raid cycle.
Just wanted to know, If anyone else in the community has faced similar issue in current and past raid cycle.
Will be helpful if game team can look into this and get this fixed.
