I always scoffed when people complained about popup offers and accidental purchases, like, how hard is it to not push the button.

So I log in and impatiently tap the screen because we all know hitting the button in an elevator makes it faster and pedestrian crossings change quicker because impatient people are obviously more important.

BAM. 9000 unit offer purchase. It appears I bought a hulk.

Raised a ticket so hopefully it gets reversed. So if you're one of those people who have been told "how hard is it to not purchase stuff" just know, now I get it...

Dont open the crystals or use any resources from that offer.
They will be able to refund you.
I also did the 3k offer purchase and they refunded, but i did not use any of the resources from it

Yes, those are annoying, when you get that popup loading game, even before getting a chance to see the associated Game Mail Msg about it.

(*Yes, there is an in-game Mail, but you would have to get past this Selector screen before even seeing your new Mail)

Looks too much like a REWARD SELECTOR that didn’t finish from your previous session in game. The (X) is way too far in upper corner (and the UNITS don’t always catch your eye when something like this pops up out of nowhere).

And if it's a normal Reward Selector, you have to select something before being allowed to continue. Ughh.

(I haven’t purchased these, but can definitely see how these “out of the blue” offers can cause momentary confusion)

Trying to submit a ticket, but some email thing is messed up... "Ticket was not submitted". I'll figure it out tho.

Last time i reverted back about an year ago, a 150 unit offer that came after doing daily t2 catalyst quest. Smh

The fact that this affected quite a few of us that needed to contact support shows that they need to re-examine how they have this show up or how easy it is to hit the 'buy' button before even having it up for a second.

I didn't even touch the game yesterday outside of playing the required AQ because I didn't want to do *anything* to ruin a chance of getting that purchase smoothly reversed and my account back to how it was prior.

Had a bunch of refills expiring so after having units refunded I've blasted through TB EQ. Needed to explore the final quest to use them up since a path is almost a refill.

Get most of the way through and I'm fat thumbing trying to switch between screens in a hurry to see how much time I have left and how many refills remain and lo and MF behold, another random popup...

Revives, I already have a bunch in stash, a bunch of refills (even I saw the irony) and a heap of boosts, yay, now I dont have to open the couple of million dumb shards that I dont even know what do.

If it wasnt against forum rules I would learn you some new swear words.

Sigh, back to support I go.

I'm not a noob, a 9yr player and I think 3 or 4 tickets this whole time, including TWO in the last two days.

There is something screwy with button placement or the 60fps but this blows and I aint happy.

Far out.

Dread it, run from it, destiny arrives all the same.

Let us know how it goes. I have heard support only reverses 1 accidental purchase per month. Not sure how true it is.

And nobody buys the 3k one, if someone actually needs it, they buy the 1k unit for all revive/refill stuff without stupid shards or rng paragons.

They should implement design in Marvel Snap where you have to press and hold purchasables (only ones that cost money and ingame currency and not free ones) . They can also implement confirm as someone mentioned in this thread.

Happened to me yesterday I mistakenly bought the eq bundle as it also pops up suddenly but support team reversed the transaction and gave my 1500 units back ☺️

Now imagine if you’re one of those legitimate people playing this game for 8yrs, don’t have access to the original email cos it was like a burner email and don’t have access to the details Kabam wants cos who a downloads a game thinking they’d playing for almost a decade. Now your 9,000 units is gone

Just to add, I didn’t get 7 start Nightcrawler for similar issue not the same. I was ready to buy him on traders outpost store, went to glory store real quick, came back and thought I was buying the 7star only have purchased the 6star. The position had changed. I don’t even understand why some items position change in the store.

as they said, they fat fingered it without realizing. happened a LOT less since I got sober, but playing sick or distracted, it can happen.

It was fixed.

My son has offered to punch my hand every time I "taptaptaptaptaptap" to stop me doing it again and retrain the way I play.

I offered that he will only do it once but I appreciate the help nonetheless.

I think I will just play after drinking for a few hours, that does a great job of slowing my reaction times down.
