AI turtling and special over-reach

I’m an end-game Valiant FTP almost 6,000,000 player and the chrono side quest opponents are being extra annoying. Anyone else find that the AI is turtling more than usual and their specials are reaching further than they should (I keep getting clipped)?

Update - I think I got some bad RNG for the turtling. After doing more fights it’s fine.

As for clipping, I think the dexterity timing was slightly altered for this update. After a few more fights I have adjusted.
