Im trying to get help with my rank up 7 Star gem that came in the 7 star Champ tickets bundle for 100 of them. I am just going to tell you what I am dealing with quickly and I am hoping you can reference the ticket because that is what I was told threw a return email about this. I bought the 7 star Champ package and I didn't immediately use the rank of up because I was surprised to see that I had a few 7 Star champ's it was able to be used for and I just decided to do it the next day but the when I got on I went to the area you can separate the champ's in and I immediately noticed that the Stars beside the ones that were able to be ranked up weren't lit up and threw a little more looking I couldn't find it I'm baffled I kinda thought that maybe I was supposed to use it immediately then but checked out that and no SO I just need help getting my rank up back okay and thank you for your help in advance and God bless, bye!

2 obvious questions. (well, 3)

(1) are the Champs you want to rankup actually FULLY MAX LEVEL already ?
You can not use a Rankup Gem as a substitute for both Leveling and Ranking combined.

(2) is it a Saga Champ based Rankup Gem ? That only works on Saga Champs.

And more precisely, the particular list of Saga Champs for that particular Saga period that the Gem is from.

Note/example, the very first Saga we had, if you had still not used a Saga Rankup Gem from back then, the list of champs available are still the same list for that Gem, even after 2 changeovers to what is “current Saga” over the past many months.

(3) is the Champ currently in some type of quest or war ? I think (??) that there is one case where you may not (?) be able to rankup them. There is definitely RELIC restrictions if they are in some content/quests, but I think I recall something related to Rankup Gem too, maybe.
