How do you beat the event quest "Sparkle & Shine chapter 2-b boss on uncollected level? I can barely get the scorpion looking boss to take hardly any damage?

If you're talking about Mojo, then you need to use a champions with prowess buffs or passives and throw specials while the prowess are active. Assuming he has a similar node as higher EQs.
Make sure you're reading nodes before jumping into fights. It becomes increasingly important as you progress.

seriously, the best are gonna be anyone who gets, or gets lots of prowess. mostly Mutant. passive helps, because Mojo can’t weaponize them when they expire. Bishop is the current crowd fave.
