Is it true? “The best defense is a good offense”

With Sinister coming to many people as a 7* I am now debating my next rank 3. I am heavily BG focussed as this is where I have most fun. would you guys rank 3 an unduped sinister or a duped sunspot? I know sunspot is absolutely insane on attack but sinister would be good for both

My options are looking like these or a skill defender.
