History of crystal opening

I have faced a huge loss in game when I lost my three 6* champs cos I had enlisted the champs for alliance wars but later left the alliance . But forgot that I have enlisted it. it includes 6* karnak 6* ghost rider and 6* Cap America .first I realised that my 1 champion is missing but further I realised that my three 6* are missing the reason I remember Karnak was missing cos he was rank 1 max and then after some time I realised my another two 6* are missing . I asked for kabam support for help but did not got the solution but . My suggestion is specially for Champions crystal there should be a history section in game for all champions we have unlocked and on which date . I mean there is a roster section but a special section of crystals we have opened I hope you all understand what I am saying

They have not gone missing.
They should still be on your roster.

It's just that they still may be part of the active, and subsequent, AW Defense (just like as if you were still in that alliance)

And whatever “lockouts” they have for using champs in different content, for not being able to use them in other areas, will still be in place for a little bit.

If after the subsequent war, they are still locked out from being able to use them, you can contact Kabam Supprort (Submit a Request), and ask that they help “unlock” those champs.

Or else, you could be looking at 2 different accounts you may have inadvertently made, and pulled those champs in your other account instead. (aka, your prior post)
