Yup. Do not use shuri and venom for other fights.

Shuri and Namor 6.4.5 did not work for me.
Restarted game then tried again. It worked this second time. Only thing I did differently was I did NOT use Shuri for any other fight but Namor fight.

I think this is they key information that don't use Shuri for any other fight on the path. That's where the fault in Kabam code lies.

So the bug on Kabam part is that it's currently taking "use the champ once as solo" which is wrong. If you use champ for a previous fight to target champ in this case Namor, it doesn't take it as solo. This logic would have worked last week where target champ was first node.

Confirmed that you don't need to solo but just make sure you don't use shuri or venom until target fight. You still can chip down target before using shuri or venom.

The bug is you can't use shuri or venom anywhere during the path either so have to use other champs for the fights before namor/carnage then only use shuri/venom

Completed both and got the rewards.

For the record, I’ve only got a five star Shuri so ended up using revives and potions (okay I’m cr@p) but still got the rewards.

This is one of times where a simple “ we see this, we’re on it, we will update when we know more” comments from the team would be good. It’s clearly bugged. We think we found the issue. Kabam knows when new stuff goes live. Seems like a good time to be on the forums and just give a quick acknowledgement that they are aware of the issue and working on it.

7r2 Venom and 6r4 Shuri worked fine for me. Both solos. Did not use them in any other fights on the path, if that matters…

Where is the carnage target?

Argh! I get Carnage down to 1% and Do Not Go Gentle wipes me out. I even had 90% health and bam... I keep losing this fight. How do you get around this with Venom?

Carnage doesn’t have do not go gentle, sounds like you’re doing the wrong fight. Remember, it has to be the Carnage in the 6.4.6 story quest.

So can someone explain something to me? I used Shuri in Act 6.3.2 against Namor (only her against Namor) but I used The Serpent to take out everyone else on that path and I still didn't get my target.

Thank you for letting me know. I just did the quest you suggested and I got my target. Now I'm off to find the Carnage target

Overall I’m very happy that this solo objective is over. Frankly it’s been a mess. Not sure if someone not using the forum/Discord could have completed it… I know I couldn’t.

Carnage doesn’t have do not go gentle, sounds like you’re doing the wrong fight. Remember, it has to be the Carnage in the 6.4.6 story quest.

I had lost all hope at completing the shuri vs namor fight cuz all I had was a 4 star shuri, but with boosts she was 9k and I managed to succeed on the first try with a 4*. And so I managed ato get it all done... just have no 7* worth ranking with it... options are Dani, sorcerer supreme, or wiccan.... boo...have to wait I guess

Very doable objectives and I love to collect 2* champs so I hope to see more of these. As well would love to see objectives in the future that make use of only 2* champs so we can use them somewhere... Maybe even require the 2* champs to be max Sig

I got lucky and didn't use Shuri for any other fight because I figured I might as well save her for Namor. I just did all the quests. Started out using others to get the target low, but honestly the fights were so easy I didn't see the point and just went for the solo after the first couple. The most annoying part was finding which path had the target for the ones where the target was in the middle of a path. It's been a minute since I did any act 6. It was hard when we only had 5*s lol.
