    He’s ok, better than red cyclops but nothing special. His armour breaks last longer than red cyclops and he has a better sig and increased power gain a total Low power. But he’s towards the lower end of the mutant class imo, there are much better options available. Not bad, but not that good either, somewhere in the middle.
