What is kabam doing?

Is kabam employees goes to holiday or what?no any reply?i sent ticket 2 days ago and still no reply now i sent 2nd ticket yesterday and still no reply?mail state that you will get answer in 1 buisness day?
Now kabam does not care about Player after Android blackout still no announcement for Android users.

    its always been like this...if they were an american company they probably would have appointed someone for the weekend. But then again most American companies don't believe in their employees well being...

    @Spidey076 Moderation and Customer Support are two different sections. If you sent a request to support on Saturday as stated by Snizzbar business days do not include the weekend. Moderation does not handle support request. Adora has addressed the issue in her post here once additional information is available it will provided.
