Sandman Sp2 Bugged in 60fps

Since nobody has talked about it, and since there's no post about it on the Trello Board, I feel the need to mention that Sandman's SP2 has been bugged since the November update and I'm pretty sure it's due to the 60fps setting.
Obviously every hit of Sandman's Sp2 is supposed to make contact with the opponent, but since the November update the 6th hit (popping up from the ground) does not make contact.
As an active Sandman user, this hasn't cost me any War fights or anything since the Ai tends to attack during this animation anyways. But AI changes with the wind, and when running in 60fps the only champs that take every hit of the attack are XL champs. Even L champs dodge the hit.
But when running the game at 30fps, the special attack works normally. Even against a Size S champ.
I'm unaware of any other champs affected similarly when operating in 60fps, and I understand that the BG brainrotters aren't likely to see Sandman as a high-priority bug. But I would still like to see this fixed as soon as the team is able.
Running on iPhone 13Pro with iOS 17.7
