How is it possible that absman throw an sp3 while cornered and suffering all Titania's sp3 debuffs?

    The debuff that makes them less likely to throw a special attack does just that, makes it less likely. It doesn't and never was supposed to make them unable to throw a special. It's likely a bit of confirmation bias since the ai has been tweaked from a time when they barely threw specials at all
