No idea about the relative PI impact, but for most players, limber is a better investment. Reduced stuns make your champs harder to fight in pvp modes and it can save you when you make a mistake as an attacker. Assassin is cool but it’s pretty niche unless you are level 60 and have points to spare. Limber works for your benefit throughout every fight, assassin only helps at the end of a fight and there’s a significant RNG factor as to whether or not you get the reduced AAR triggers from the mastery.
I only say limber as im slowly going away from assassin due to the issue with petrify the reducing ability accuracy is getting so common now they are making nodes to deal damage to u for stopping abilities

Nick with deep wounds is just joyous. Mlll, first med bleed for increased crit, and the last light bleed is short but EATS hp. still makes me giggle. o)you have a favored bleeder (you probably do), Deep Wounds.
