Story progression around MCOC anniversary

I vaguely remember that if one gets to next level on story progression around the MCOC anniversary time - they get to choose both the rewards... Is that still true or Kabam fixed it?

    Gotta define what rewards you're talking about. It CAN work for some different things, like holiday sales or unit bundles, but it is never guaranteed. The best approach is always to push to the next progression as soon as you can.
