I was one away from the Sandman upgrade unfortunately. Is he as bad as everyone makes him out to be?

Who is better in bgs, LC or Titania?

It really depends on the meta. Luke can take more matchups and have better utilities, but titania has like 2x damage so she can do stuff faster. They both cover different grounds though so you can rank up both.
