If I save my titan nexus crystal for 18 days. Will the titan nexus update with the new pool or is it set to the current pool and won't change when the new pool comes in a few weeks?? Can I get official confirmation?

    It will update with the new pool. Unless a crystal specifically states that it is tied to a specific and limited list of champs, or has a stated drop rate for a specific champion, it will always update when the pool updates.
