Connecting my Game Center account to a Kabam Account

I use game center when I log in to the game and my account level is pretty high, I have over 23k prestige. But I am completely missing out on the rewards, promo codes and benefits from the web store because I cannot connect my game center account to a kabam account... Can anyone help me? I tried opening a ticket multiple times but the questions they ask are ridiculous... :/
