    No. It takes an apple device, units, likely a 5* R4 champ at this point, maxed suicides and (maybe) boosting the whole time. It also takes energy refills obviously.

    None of this requires cash. It may require units, and if the only way you obtain units is through cash, then yes....it takes cash.
