Input issues- seems to be more aw bugged then anything

It’s on and off when you hit block it doesn’t register and I keep taking combos to the face plus I hit block down and it had me run in on the champ and I took a special 1 to the face and died so can you look into this please or give some sort of response as to why we are having this issues thanks
