Saga champ change

Recently came back to game, so I didnt know saga champs change or when/how often. My main concern is I am 5 tickets away from getting Mr sister banquet bundle. Now he isn’t a saga champ though? So the rank up gem and stones won’t work for him?

    I was confused too, I guess they just randomly changed it. The Sinister gem will work still, because it is based on Provocateur and Secutor champions, not Saga champs.

    The saga gem is still for provecteur and secutor it hasnt changed
