Bug in the "how long you have been playing" title

I received this title on my alt acct, and I can assure you, it is less than a year old.

Not sure why I got the ancient one title, given that's for at least 4 years playing?

    My Legend frame was also removed...

    I received the title for being in the game from the beginning, and also a “Veteran” frame. My frame disappeared.

    Today 12/10/2024 I also received my veteran badge and purple “First in the cosmos” title. The title is not purple anymore it is epic and I lost both my veteran badge and legend badge.

    Same issue here. Lost it all including the legend. Loved the purple text. Sent a ticket in.

    I sent a ticket in too. I got an email that they received it, and then another one about an hour later saying that it was closed

    Several other threads about the momentary new BANNER Title, and being revoked.
    And then affecting whatever Banner (ie Legend) you had before.
    *BUGGED*

    *** But this OP here is DIFFERENT ISSUE.
    Saying their Alt.Account (under a year old) had received the 4-YEAR Title for some reason.
    (totally different thing than the 10 year issue)

    (maybe game got your older Main Acct and your newer Alt.Account confused ??)

    My main got the at least 7 years title (celestial being, I believe it's called) so definitely no confusion there.

    It's really odd, cause my alt is definitely not 4+ years old, not the one with that email.
